RoHS2/REACH Compliance Declaration

Semiconductor Technology, Inc. is complying with the European Union Directive, 2002/95/EC on the Restriction of the use of certain Hazardous Substances in electrical and electronic equipment (RoHS).  All Mosfets and Bipolar Transistors are 100% RoHS compliant as of March 1, 2006.  

Semiconductor Technology, Inc. Pb-Free products do not contain any of the other five hazardous materials (mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls (PBB, polybrominated biphenyl ethers (PBDE) above the allowable RoHS limits.
